Prices are indicated in euros and may change without prior notice.

By making a purchase, the customer accepts the terms and conditions established in this policy.

Payment

We accept payments by Credit Card and Bizum.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details after completing your purchase.

Please check the accuracy of the information provided and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

Order cancelation

The order may be cancelled, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the product has been shipped it will not be possible to cancel the product. To cancel a product you can contact our customer service through hola@mowlive.com.

Returns

Right to return

We offer a 30-day period for returns from the date you receive the product.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returning process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service hola@mowlive.com to obtain a return authorization number.

Carefully package the product and attach the return authorization number clearly on the package.

Send the package to the address provided.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account number indicated by the client.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

Provide photos of the product and its packaging to expedite the replacement or refund process.
